It makes the most of the Southern Highlands scenery, and golfing pro Roger Podmore is available as a guide. Hickory’s Restaurant and Bar overlooks the course. You can have a traditional High Tea in the guest lounge beside the open fire, or on the terrace overlooking the gardens. Relax and enjoy the fresh air.
